KUDAKA holds 166th Board meeting in Erzincan to discuss regional development

The 166th Board of Directors meeting of the Northeast Anatolia Development Agency (KUDAKA) was held in Erzincan, chaired by Hamza Aydoğdu, the Governor of Erzincan and Board President. The meeting included governors and mayors from Erzurum, Bayburt, and Erzincan to discuss economic, social, and cultural development strategies for the region.

Key agenda items focused on enhancing investment and tourism potential, as well as implementing green and digital transformation initiatives to adapt to changing technological and economic conditions. The board also addressed increasing regional competitiveness and strengthening international cooperation.

Under the Local Development Move Incentive Program, investment projects for 2026 were reviewed for committee evaluation. Additionally, the board approved 4,329,000 TL in support for three projects submitted by Aziziye Municipality, the Erzincan Organized Industrial Zone, and Bayburt Municipality as part of the 2026 Feasibility Support Program.
