Overview

The Northeast Anatolia Development Agency (KUDAKA) has implemented a regional investment program spanning from early 2022 to June 2026. Under the 2024 Social Development Support Program, the Baksı Culture and Art Foundation completed an eight-month ehram weaving training course in Bayburt, where twenty women received certificates to help integrate local weaving techniques into the modern economy.

In September 2026, KUDAKA held its 166th Board meeting in Erzincan to discuss strategies for green and digital transformation, tourism, and regional competitiveness. During this meeting, the board approved 4,329,000 TL in support for three projects through the 2026 Feasibility Support Program, benefiting Aziziye Municipality, the Erzincan Organized Industrial Zone, and Bayburt Municipality.
