Kudanshita Folk Festival ’25 charity album to release new single

A charity live album titled ‘Kudanshita Folk Festival ’25’ is scheduled for release on November 3. The album features recordings from a one-night event held at the Nippon Budokan, which featured various secret guest artists including Aimyon, Kazutoshi Sakurai, Mariya Takeuchi, and Yuko Hara.

As part of a four-week pre-release streaming campaign, the second installment features a duet between Kazuya Yoshii and Keisuke Kuata performing ‘Mirai no Uta’. The song, originally released by Yoshii as a solo track in 2021, serves as a message of hope for those facing difficult times.

The proceeds from the album will be donated entirely to support victims of recent natural disasters in Japan, including the Reiwa 8 Kumamoto Earthquake. A pre-save campaign is currently active on Apple Music and Spotify, offering special smartphone wallpapers to participants.
