Kula Beograd illuminated for Serbian Unity Day

The Kula Beograd tower was illuminated with the colors of the Serbian tricolor and coat of arms to mark the Day of Serbian Unity, Freedom, and the National Flag.

According to a statement from Belgrade Waterfront, the lighting of the tower's facade serves as a symbol of national pride. The holiday commemorates September 15, 1918, the date when the breakthrough of the Salonica Front began the final phase of Serbia's liberation during World War I. The day is intended to represent the unity of the Serbian people in both Serbia and Republika Srpska, highlighting the importance of the national flag as a key state symbol.
