Kyler Murray rises in QB rankings ahead of Vikings matchup

Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kyler Murray has climbed to 19th in the latest Pro Football Focus quarterback rankings, moving up five spots following a bye week. A key factor in his ascent is a 0.8% turnover-worthy play rate, which currently ranks second-best in the NFL.

Murray is preparing for a Week 7 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts. The Vikings enter the game following a 23-13 victory over the New Orleans Saints, where Murray completed 24 of 30 passes for 229 yards and a touchdown, while adding 51 yards on the ground.

In contrast, the Colts are struggling with a 2-4 record and recently fired general manager Chris Ballard. The Indianapolis offense has faced challenges due to injuries and recent performances from quarterback Daniel Jones.
