Chile launches 2027 public preschool enrollment process

Authorities in Chile have launched the ‘Todos al Jardín’ campaign, initiating the 2027 enrollment process for the public early childhood education network. The digital application process, which runs from October 19 to November 27, covers various institutions including Junji, Fundación Integra, and Local Public Education Services (SLEP).

In the La Araucanía region, the initiative offers over 10,000 available spots for 2027. Similarly, in the Arica and Parinacota region, families can apply to more than 50 establishments, including 34 Junji programs and 11 Integra centers. The Aysén region has also implemented a unified digital platform to simplify the search and application process for families across its ten communes.

The campaign emphasizes the importance of early childhood education for integral development, including autonomy and socio-emotional skills. Results for the enrollment process are expected to be published on December 11.
