LA Knight challenges Roman Reigns for WWE World Heavyweight Championship

LA Knight has challenged Roman Reigns for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship following a confrontation on WWE Raw. After Knight attacked Reigns with a BFT following the champion's defense against Penta, Reigns granted Knight a title shot at the upcoming Money in the Bank 2026 event.

During a promo, Knight asserted that Reigns is unable to defeat opponents without the assistance of The Bloodline, citing their history at Crown Jewel 2023. While Knight acknowledged Reigns' recent victories over Seth Rollins and Penta, he maintained that he could dethrone the champion as a self-made superstar.

In a separate segment, Penta addressed the crowd in San Antonio, expressing respect for Reigns after their recent match in Mexico City but reiterating his desire for another opportunity at the World Heavyweight Championship. His ambitions were interrupted by Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh of The Judgment Day, who dismissed Penta's goals.
