La Pampa hosts Hackatón Ingenia to advance AI talent

The Hackatón Ingenia took place at the Polo Científico Tecnológico de La Pampa in General Pico, bringing together 40 participants from various localities including Puelén, Santa Isabel, Santa Rosa, and 25 de Mayo. The event served as a central component of the second edition of the AI-first Tech Talent Acceleration Program.

Driven by the Government of La Pampa through the CITIA Agency and the Directorate of Knowledge Economy, the initiative was implemented by Alkemy and funded by the Consejo Federal de Inversiones (CFI). Participants utilized Design Thinking methodologies to address real-world challenges with artificial intelligence as a core focus.

The program aims to train local professionals in high-demand digital specialties to provide a specialized talent pool for regional businesses, ranging from SMEs to large employers, thereby reducing the need to recruit technical profiles from outside the province.
