La Rinconada Racetrack suspends three jockeys

The Board of Stewards at La Rinconada Racetrack has issued suspensions to three jockeys following incidents during a recent racing program.

Samuel Yánez received a two-week suspension after causing interference to jockeys Franklin Velásquez and Yamper González during the second race. Hemirxon Medina and Yoelbis González were both handed six-week suspensions. Medina was penalized for causing a fall involving jockey Francisco Urdaneta, while González was held responsible for a fall involving José Alejandro Rivero during the fifth race.
