Lagoom Living breaks ground on 157 million euro housing project in Sevilla

Lagoom Living has broken ground on an ambitious residential project in Sevilla Este, near the Fibes Convention Center. The development represents a 157 million euro investment aimed at providing affordable housing in the region.

The project will consist of 843 total units, including 691 protected homes intended for affordable rental, with expected average monthly prices around 500 euros. The remaining 152 units will serve transitional purposes. Scheduled for completion by late 2028, the complex will feature amenities such as coworking spaces, a gym, a swimming pool, a laundry, and music and reading rooms.

Financing for the initiative includes 73.2 million euros from the Instituto de Crédito Oficial (ICO) and 26 million euros from the Junta de Andalucía via European Next Generation funds. The project is a collaborative effort involving Lagoom Living, the Seville City Council, and the municipal housing company Emvisesa.
