Lam Dong launches unannounced land procedure inspections

Lam Dong province has launched unannounced inspections into land-related administrative procedures. The provincial People's Committee has ordered the provincial Land Registration Office and 124 communes, wards, and the Phu Quy special zone to urgently provide dossiers and reports for the investigation.

The inspection, led by Tran Thanh Toan, Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office, will focus on the leadership and execution of duties by officials in resolving land administrative procedures for citizens, organizations, and businesses. The inspections will be conducted randomly and without prior notice. The scope of the review covers the period from July 1, 2025, to October 10, 2026, with field inspections scheduled to take place between October 12 and October 20, 2026.
