Lam Dong Province Accelerates Major Infrastructure Projects
Lam Dong provincial authorities are speeding up two large‑scale construction programmes. For the Quang Truc boarding school, a 240 billion‑VND project covering primary and secondary education, the provincial government has asked Military Region 7 to provide additional labour after a shortfall of more than 200 workers threatened the schedule. The school, whose construction began on 9 Nov 2025, is about 64 % complete, with foundations finished and the main structure at roughly 80 %.
The province is also advancing a coastal road corridor worth nearly 9,500 billion VND. Planned to run through Phú Thủy, Phan Thiết and Tiến Thành wards, the six‑lane, 36.5‑m‑wide route will include land‑reclamation, bridges, parks and green strips, and is being developed under a PPP model. The road is intended to become a key transport spine, boost tourism around Mũi Né and improve local mobility.
