Landman renewed for Season 3 following record viewership
Paramount has officially renewed the Taylor Sheridan drama Landman for a third season following record-breaking viewership for its second season. The Season 2 premiere, which aired on November 16, outperformed the Season 1 premiere by 262 percent and garnered 9.2 million streaming views within its first two days.
Cast members including Billy Bob Thornton, who plays Tommy Norris, are confirmed to return. Thornton has indicated he is signed on for several seasons, refuting rumors of his departure. Actor James Jordan, who portrays Dale Bradley, recently shared updates from the set on social media. Additionally, Michael Kelly is set to join the cast in an important role. While an official release date has not been set, production is expected to continue through early 2027.
