Lando Norris appoints René Rosin to lead LN4 Fusion junior team

Formula 1 driver Lando Norris has appointed René Rosin as the director of his new junior racing team, LN4 Fusion. Norris described Rosin as an ‘inevitable choice’ due to his extensive experience, noting that Rosin previously led the Prema junior team.

LN4 Fusion, registered under Alphabet Racing Italia S. R. L., aims to compete in the Italian F4 championship, FRECA, and Formula 3, with an application already submitted to enter Formula 2. The project focuses on long-term development for young drivers and professionals.

To support this expansion, the organization has announced 13 job openings, including roles for racing engineers, mechanics, and management staff. Additionally, the LN4 Legacy Programme has been launched to provide opportunities for talented individuals who may lack the financial or professional support necessary to advance their motorsport careers.
