Lando Norris junior racing team launch

Overview

Lando Norris has announced the launch of LN4 Fusion, a new junior racing team developed in collaboration with Fusion Motorsport to support young talents aiming for Formula 1. The project has acquired assets from AIX Racing to compete in Formula 3 starting in 2027 and is pursuing applications for Formula 2 participation. The team also plans to enter various Formula 4 series, including operations in the UK.

To manage these racing efforts, the organization will operate with a dual structure: a main headquarters in Veneto, Italy, and a UK-based arm in Cambridgeshire led by Dan Hazlewood to oversee British F4 operations. The venture is supported by an investment group led by CEO Dan Richards and is led by motorsport veterans, including Team Principal René Rosin and Racing Director Guillaume Capietto.

Alongside the racing team, Norris is introducing the LN4 Legacy Programme. Managed by ADD Management and led by Julian Rouse, this fully funded initiative is designed to identify and provide financial support, coaching, mentoring, and structural resources to talented drivers who lack the funding required to progress through the single-seater racing ladder. The team’s competitive scope includes the Italian Formula 4 Championship and the Formula Regional European Championship (FRECA).
