Lạng Sơn authorities prosecute illegal construction waste dumping

Police in Lạng Sơn have launched criminal investigations into the illegal dumping of massive quantities of construction waste, leading to the prosecution of several individuals for environmental pollution.

In one incident involving Biển Anh Co., Ltd, authorities prosecuted Hoàng Quang Biển, the company's director, and Hoàng Minh Hậu. Investigations revealed that over 126 tons of construction debris, including concrete, bricks, and cement, were transported and dumped at the company's recycling area in Đông Kinh ward without proper authorization.

A separate investigation targeted Nguyễn Phúc Hậu, director of Tuấn Hậu LS Co., Ltd, and excavator operator Trần Văn Cường. This case involves the unauthorized dumping and leveling of approximately 900 tons of industrial solid waste at the Na Dương 3 Industrial Cluster.
