Lao Cai police penalize multiple traffic violations

Lao Cai provincial traffic police have conducted several enforcement actions against transport operators and drivers for various traffic safety violations.

Authorities issued fines to two drivers for violating transport regulations and penalized a female driver 19 million VND for failing to obey traffic signals after receiving public reports. Other enforcement actions included a 5 million VND fine for an illegal overtaking maneuver on Highway 70 and penalties for drivers using mobile phones while operating vehicles.

Additionally, the police organized a training conference for over 500 participants to improve motorcycle and moped driving skills within the province.
