Larense kermis opens; Haarlem Summerparty and Sleidinge fair launch across NL and BE
The annual Larense kermis in Laren, Netherlands, runs from 27 June to 5 July, featuring 25 major rides, a children’s zone, and a free oliebollen giveaway at the opening. The municipality will not introduce any new safety measures beyond the usual supervision and traffic management.
In Haarlem, the historic De Koepel building hosts a Summerparty on 28 June offering live music by the Estudiantina Ensemble, workshops, tarot readings and activities for all ages, aimed at creating a casual summer celebration.
In Sleidinge, Belgium, a summer fair takes place from 10 July to 13 July with an after‑work event, a kids run and jogging, a tented program, a flea market and a temporary fruit‑and‑vegetable stall. Traffic restrictions and parking bans are in effect around the venue during the fair.
