LATAM expands network with three new international routes and more flights to Bonito
LATAM Airlines Brazil launched three new international routes from São Paulo–Guarulhos on 1 July: Cape Town (South Africa) with three weekly Boeing 787‑9 flights, seasonal Ushuaia (Argentina) with four weekly Airbus A320 services until 31 August, and Punta Cana (Dominican Republic) with five weekly A320 flights. The additions bring LATAM’s own‑operated international network to a record 31 destinations, the highest in the carrier’s history.
At the same time, LATAM increased its domestic service to the tourism hub of Bonito, Mato Grosso do Sul, adding a Wednesday, Friday and Sunday flight from Guarulhos beginning 25 October. The move follows recent Saturday service reinstated by GOL, giving Bonito three weekly LATAM flights and improving connectivity for tourists and residents while supporting the local economy.
