Latvia weather forecast: Cyclone to bring rain and wind

Latvia is expected to experience unsettled weather as a large cyclone approaches from the northwest. Forecasters predict a transition from dry conditions to overcast skies with intermittent rain and drizzle across much of the country.

Wind speeds are expected to increase, with gusts potentially reaching 15–17 m/s near the coast on Monday and up to 19 m/s on Tuesday. While daytime temperatures will initially range between +11°C and +18°C, conditions are expected to become cooler toward the end of the week.

Mid-week may bring drier and calmer periods, though frost is possible in some areas as skies clear. Another cyclone is projected to approach from the west toward the weekend, bringing additional rain and strengthening coastal winds.
