Lazio Budget Commission approves 9.48 million euros in off-budget debts

The Lazio Budget Commission has approved the recognition of off-budget debts totaling approximately 9.48 million euros. The measure, which was passed by a majority vote, now moves to the Regional Council for further examination.

The proposal, presented by Regional Budget Assessor Giancarlo Righini, primarily addresses costs arising from executive court sentences. The largest portion of these debts, amounting to 8.89 million euros, is attributed to the Directorate of Health and Socio-Sanitary Integration, specifically within the area managing litigation and legal affairs.

Other allocations include 409,485.50 euros for the Directorate of Digital Transformation and Procurement, covering service contracts and supplies, and 179,956.29 euros for the Regional Advocacy office under general and administrative affairs.
