LCP Poland launches M Park Krotoszyn retail development

LCP Poland, part of the M Core group, announced the purchase of a site in Krotoszyn for its ninth 2026 development, creating an M Park retail centre. The project, the first partnership between LCP Poland and Mozaika Retail Parks, will comprise about 6,700 m² of gross leasable area for 15 tenants and is slated to open in the fourth quarter of 2026. At the purchase stage the park already achieved roughly 90 % pre‑leasing, and the plan includes a 200‑car parking facility equipped with electric‑vehicle chargers and a BREEAM Very Good sustainability certification.

Mozaika Retail Parks will oversee construction and the commercialisation of the remaining units, working with construction firm Budrem and Mallson Polska on commercialisation. Confirmed tenants include Biedronka, Xtreme Fitness, TEDi, Rossmann, JYSK, Martes Sport and Sinsay. LCP Poland, which operates more than 95 shopping, office and warehouse assets across Poland and the United Kingdom with a total portfolio exceeding 360,000 m² and an estimated value of €500 million, said the new park underscores its strategy of selecting low‑risk, stable‑profile assets.

“M Park Krotoszyn is a high‑quality project that confirms LCP Poland’s consistent approach to assets with limited commercial risk and a strong stability profile,” said Katarzyna Szeleźnik, Acquisition & Leasing Director at LCP Poland.
