Leandro Grass proposes public servant dialogue and youth employment plans

Leandro Grass, a candidate for the Government of the Federal District, has outlined several proposals focused on public service, youth employment, and economic development during his campaign activities.

Regarding public administration, Grass emphasized the need for constant dialogue with public servants. He proposed establishing a permanent negotiation table within the first five days of his administration to address demands and reduce inequalities between different categories. He also advocated for continuous professional training through the strengthening of the Government School.

To address youth unemployment, Grass proposed creating bridges between companies and recent graduates to facilitate first-time job opportunities and internships. Additionally, while visiting Taguatinga, he addressed local commercial challenges, such as insecurity and abandoned properties. He suggested using fiscal incentives, including progressive property tax (IPTU), to encourage the economic use of vacant buildings and spaces.
