Lebak Regency Moves PPPK Salaries onto 2026 Local Budget
The government of Lebak Regency in Banten province announced that salaries for full‑time and part‑time civil‑contract employees (PPPK), including the 13th and 14th‑month pay, will be funded from the region’s 2026 budget (APBD). The decision follows directives from Regent Mochamad Hasbi Asyidiki and was presented by Acting Regional Secretary Halson Nainggolan. PPPK staff will be treated on par with civil servants, with payroll drawn from regional revenues (PAD) and general allocation funds (DAU). The allocation earmarks roughly Rp15.7 billion for part‑time PPPK, paying them Rp2 million per month. Lebak currently employs 3,474 full‑time and 3,508 part‑time PPPK workers, and the move aims to sustain service quality without increasing the fiscal burden on citizens.
