Leeds United players see career shifts amid transfer discussions

Leeds United players are making headlines following recent performances and transfer discussions in the Premier League. Striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin has experienced a significant career resurgence after joining the club on a free transfer. His improved fitness and goal-scoring form have led former Manchester United striker Michael Owen to suggest that Manchester United missed an opportunity by not pursuing the forward.

In other news, defender Tarik Muharemovic has expressed satisfaction with his move to Leeds United following his departure from Juventus. Muharemovic, who joined from Sassuolo for a reported £34 million, noted that while Juventus had ‘better ideas’ regarding his career path, he is happy to be playing in the Premier League.

Additionally, despite recent contract extensions for several key players, there is ongoing debate regarding the future of Brenden Aaronson. While the American midfielder signed a new deal running until 2029, some observers suggest the club should remain open to selling him to upgrade the squad.
