Leega hires 27 AI trainees and Inovabra launches AI startup residency in Brazil

Leega, a Brazilian digital‑transformation consultancy, announced the recruitment of 27 new trainees for 2026—15 focused on data and 12 on application development. The firm also plans to train all of its more than 500 employees in artificial‑intelligence tools, integrating AI into its hiring process and offering a 40‑45‑day academy that culminates in a hackathon.

Inovabra opened applications for the Programa de Residência em Inteligência Artificial (PRIA), a six‑session residency that will select up to 30 early‑stage startups to deepen their AI capabilities. The program, run with AKCIT, the University of Goiás’ AI Center, Google and NVIDIA, provides in‑person immersions in São Paulo from September to November, cloud‑credit incentives and coworking access. Applications close on 2 August, with selections announced on 18 August.
