LEGO One Piece Animated Special Announced by Netflix with New Trailer and Cast Details
Netflix and LEGO Group have confirmed an upcoming animated special titled "LEGO One Piece," scheduled to premiere on Netflix on 29 September 2026. The special retells the story of the live‑action series from the perspective of Usopp, who narrates the adventures of the Straw Hat Pirates with a humorous, non‑canonical twist.
The first teaser trailer reveals the full voice cast, including Iñaki Godoy as Monkey D. Luffy, Emily Rudd as Nami, Mackenyu as Roronoa Zoro, Jacob Romero as Usopp, and Taz Skylar as Sanji, alongside returning actors such as Jeff Ward as Buggy the Clown and new additions like Katey Sagal as Dr. Kureha. The animation is produced by Atomic Cartoons, the studio behind other LEGO‑styled Netflix series.
In parallel, LEGO has released a line of LEGO sets depicting iconic scenes from the One Piece universe. Cast members David Dastmalchian, Callum Kerr, and Julia Rehwald filmed reaction videos to the minifigures, highlighting the detailed design of sets such as the Little Garden battle and Garp’s Marine Battleship.
