León Summer Festival 2026 launches with go‑karts, terror house and international cuisine
The Festival de Verano 2026 in León, Mexico opened its new edition on the District León grounds, running until 2 August. Organisers expect around one million visitors and an economic impact of over 574 million pesos. The event features more than 80 commercial spaces, a galactic bazaar, mechanical rides, a local entrepreneurs pavilion and a varied food offering.
Highlights include the newly introduced go‑kart attraction, the live‑action horror experience “La Casona del Terror,” and the Festival of Nations pavilion where a Venezuelan exhibitor showcases traditional dishes. Safety inspections and civil‑protection supervision were carried out during the ten‑day set‑up to ensure visitor safety.
