In July 2026 León hosted a ten‑day Summer Festival on the District León grounds, drawing about one million visitors and generating an estimated economic impact of over 574 million pesos. Evening concerts will showcase Los Ángeles Azules, Calvin Harris, Alok, Tyson O’Brien, Christian Nodal and Xavi, while a morning show will feature Santos Bravos. Municipal president Ale Gutiérrez and tourism secretary Lupita Robles highlighted the festival as a major tourism engine for the region.
