Lenovo Googlebook 15 leaked with premium OLED specs

Leaked specifications for the upcoming Lenovo Googlebook 15 (model GB 15IPH12) suggest a shift toward the premium laptop market, moving away from the budget-friendly hardware typically associated with Chromebooks.

The device is expected to feature a 15.3-inch OLED touchscreen with a 2880 x 1800 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and 500 nits of brightness. It will likely be powered by an Intel Core Ultra 5 325 processor from the Panther Lake-H platform, supported by up to 32GB of LPDDR5X memory and 512GB of SSD storage.

Key design elements include a lightweight 1.29kg chassis, a dedicated Google ‘G’ key, and a multicolored LED strip called the ‘Glowbar’ to indicate battery and charging status. Connectivity options are expected to include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and two Thunderbolt 4 ports. The laptop will also integrate Gemini AI intelligence and offer seamless synchronization with Android devices.
