Lenovo unveils Legion C700 handheld and Y700 Infinite 5G tablet

Lenovo has unveiled two new gaming devices in China: the Legion C700 cloud gaming handheld and the Legion Y700 Infinite 5G gaming tablet.

The Legion C700 is an Android 16-based handheld specifically designed for cloud gaming and PC streaming. It features a 7.82-inch 120Hz IPS LCD display and is optimized for low-latency performance through the Tencent START cloud service and Lenovo’s proprietary Legion Stream protocol. This protocol allows users to stream games directly from a PC using a dedicated dongle, even without an active internet connection. The device is notably lightweight at 556g and includes TMR magnetic joysticks.

The Legion Y700 Infinite 5G is a high-performance compact tablet featuring an 8.4-inch OLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate and 4,000 nits peak brightness. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with up to 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. A key upgrade for this model is the inclusion of 5G connectivity, allowing for mobile gaming and data usage outside of Wi-Fi environments. The tablet also features dual USB-C ports and a large 7,470mAh battery with 68W fast charging.
