Lenovo to launch Legion Y700 Infinite gaming tablet in China
Lenovo is preparing to launch the Legion Y700 Infinite, a compact gaming tablet, in China on August 25. The device has demonstrated high performance in benchmark testing, achieving an AnTuTu score of 4,585,844 points, which exceeds recent results from competitors like the RedMagic Astra 2.
Key technical specifications include an 8.4-inch OLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate and a 2.5K-class resolution. The tablet is expected to utilize an overclocked version of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, with prime cores reportedly reaching speeds of up to 4.74GHz.
While the device features 5G connectivity and dual-SIM support, its international availability remains unconfirmed. There are also reports suggesting a potential reduction in battery capacity to 7,500mAh with 68W wired charging, compared to the 9,000mAh battery found in the previous Y700 model.
