Leo Express launches direct train from Przemyśl to Frankfurt

Leo Express will operate a direct international passenger train linking Przemyśl, Poland, with Prague, Czech Republic, and Frankfurt, Germany. The service begins on 31 July, covering the full route without requiring bus transfers that were used during the initial test period.

Tickets start at 48 zł for the economy class, with business fares from 120 zł and sleeper accommodations from 180 zł. The train includes Wi‑Fi, climate control, power outlets, and women‑only compartments. The journey takes about 19 hours northbound and 20 hours southbound, stopping at numerous Polish stations such as Kraków, Rzeszów and Oświęcim, and aims to strengthen east‑west connectivity across Europe.
