Les Celliers wine cellar opens new bar in Vallet

The wine cellar Les Celliers in Vallet has expanded its operations by opening a new wine bar. Managed by Michaël Haulbert, who has been a wine merchant in the area since 2004, the establishment now holds a Licence IV.

In addition to traditional wine sales, the venue offers a selection of 150 beers, 350 wines, and 400 spirits, alongside bag-in-box options and appetizer platters. The business aims to differentiate itself from other local cellars by providing a space for consumption on-site, with extended hours on Thursday and Friday evenings.

The cellar is part of Les Celliers, a regional network comprising 15 locations. To engage customers, the venue hosts themed evenings, such as an upcoming event on October 30 focused on Old Pulteney whisky.
