Lexus expands electrified lineup with new ES and RZ models

Lexus is expanding its electrified vehicle lineup through a “multi-pathway” approach, offering both hybrid and fully electric options. In Singapore, the brand has introduced the eighth-generation Lexus ES, which is available as both the ES 350h Full Hybrid Electric and the ES 350e Pure Electric. The new ES features an updated seat design to increase rear passenger space and optimized boot capacity.

Additionally, the Lexus RZ350e electric SUV is being integrated into the lineup. Unlike previous models built on existing platforms, the RZ was developed from the ground up as a fully electric vehicle using the Toyota group’s e-TNGA platform. This design aims to maintain brand characteristics such as comfort and quietness without the compromises often found in converted internal combustion engine platforms.
