Lexus expands SUV lineup with hybrid Overtrail and RZ EV

Lexus debuted the LX700h hybrid flagship SUV in late July 2026, pricing the base model above US$200,000 and noting modest fuel‑economy gains over the LX600. On 31 July 2026 Lexus announced a refresh of its 2026 electric SUV range, adding the RZ 450e Executive with a higher‑output battery, Tesla Supercharger compatibility and new trim levels for the U.S. and Canada. Pricing for the RZ starts at US$47,395 for the 350e and reaches US$58,395 for the top‑spec 550e F SPORT. In the same release the LX700h Overtrail was reiterated with its 457 hp hybrid powertrain, three electronic locking differentials, low‑range crawler mode and premium cabin features, underscoring Lexus’s simultaneous push into both high‑performance hybrid off‑road and electric SUV markets.
