Lexus Korea opens integrated showroom and service center in Dongtan

Lexus Korea has opened a new integrated sales and service facility in Dongtan 2 New Town, Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province. The facility operates under a ‘3S’ concept, combining sales, service, and spare parts in a single location to provide a one-stop experience for customers.

The complex spans three floors with a total floor area of approximately 3,442.91 square meters. It includes a new vehicle showroom, a customer lounge featuring craft works, and a service center equipped with five work bays capable of handling an average of 480 maintenance and inspection tasks per month. The facility also includes dedicated charging stations for electrified models in its underground parking.

Located near major transportation networks including the Gyeongbu Expressway and Dongtan Station, the center aims to improve accessibility and response times for customers in the southern Gyeonggi region, including Hwaseong, Suwon, and Osan. Lexus Korea currently operates 32 showrooms and 38 service centers nationwide.
