Lexus announced the launch of the all‑new ES 350h hybrid in India. The model is offered in Exquisite and Luxury trims priced at Rs 66.10 lakh and Rs 71.80 lakh respectively, with bookings now open. It features a 2.5‑litre inline‑4 engine paired with a new e‑Axle and lithium‑ion battery, delivering the brand’s Safety System+ suite, a 14‑inch touchscreen, and an 8‑year/200,000 km hybrid‑battery warranty. President Hikaru Ikeuchi said the vehicle will be manufactured in India, underscoring Lexus’s commitment to sustainable mobility in the market.
In Canada, a Motormouth review previewed the 2026 Lexus ES electric sedan. Two EV versions are slated: the front‑wheel‑drive ES 350e starting at US$65,891 with 221 hp and a 481 km (307 mi) WLTP range, and the all‑wheel‑drive ES 500e at 338 hp with a 444 km (276 mi) range. Both models feature a 12.3‑inch driver display, a 14‑inch central touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, and Lexus Safety System+ 4.0. Charging uses the North American Charging Standard, taking roughly seven hours on Level 2 or 28 minutes to 80 % on 150 kW DC fast‑charge. Reviewers praised the cabin’s quietness and comfort, noting a less engaging steering feel.
