Lexus unveils new ES luxury sedan and LFA Concept electric supercar

Lexus has introduced new developments in its vehicle lineup, focusing on both luxury sedans and high-performance electric prototypes. The eighth generation of the Lexus ES, inspired by the LF-ZC concept, features updated design language and advanced software for improved infotainment and safety. To support carbon neutrality goals, the ES will be available in both hybrid and electric versions, offering front-wheel and all-wheel drive options.

Additionally, Lexus showcased the LFA Concept, an electric supercar, at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. In a departure from the original plan for a static display, the camouflaged prototype completed a dynamic hill climb. This demonstration highlights Toyota’s multi-technology strategy, which spans from hybrid systems to high-performance electric propulsion, bridging the legacy of the original V10-powered LFA with future electric performance.
