LG C6 OLED TV sees significant price reductions ahead of Black Friday

The LG C6 OLED TV is currently available at record-low prices ahead of the Black Friday shopping season. The 55-inch model has dropped to $999.99, representing a substantial discount from its original $1,999.99 price point. Retailers including Amazon and Best Buy are matching this price, while direct purchases from LG include incentives such as a free Xbox Wireless Controller and a complimentary wall mount.

Other available discounts include the 65-inch model, which is priced at $1,399.99. The C6 features the Alpha 11 AI Gen3 processor, offering improvements in brightness, picture quality, and sound compared to its predecessor, the C5. For gamers, the television supports a refresh rate of up to 165Hz and includes four HDMI 2.1 ports, with compatibility for AMD FreeSync Premium and Nvidia G-Sync.

In response to recent research concerns regarding user data collection on LG smart TVs, the company has stated that its devices do not continuously record conversations and that features such as voice recognition and interest-based advertising are optional and disabled by default.
