LG CNS achieves ISO 37301 international certification for compliance management

LG CNS has obtained the ISO 37301 international standard certification for its compliance management system. The certification covers the company’s core business areas, including artificial intelligence (AI), cloud services, data centers, and software development and maintenance.

The certification process, conducted by the auditing body LRQA, involved reviewing systems and documentation, interviewing management and staff, and verifying actual business records. The audit highlighted the company’s use of a corporate compliance committee that includes overseas subsidiaries and an internal portal that allows employees to perform self-checks on compliance risks.

As AI expansion increases the complexity of data protection and regulatory requirements, LG CNS aims to use this certification to strengthen its risk management and build trust with customers, investors, and partners across its global operations.
