LG Uplus launches bundled subscription packs for books and magazines

LG Uplus has introduced six new subscription bundles through its 'Udok' platform, combining eBook or digital magazine access with lifestyle benefits such as coffee, movies, and shopping. All six packages are priced at 9,900 KRW per month.

The new offerings are divided into two main categories: 'Book Packs' and 'Magazine Packs'. The Book Packs utilize Kyobo Book Centre’s 'sam' eBook service, while the Magazine Packs utilize 'Moazine' to provide access to approximately 2,400 digital magazines.

Specific combinations include: - Book Coffee Pack: eBook access plus five hot Americanos from Mega MGC Coffee. - Book Movie Pack: eBook access plus one CGV 1+1 movie voucher and two Mega MGC Coffee Americanos. - Book Shopping Pack: eBook access plus 2,000 KRW vouchers for both Olive Young and Daiso, and one Mega MGC Coffee Americano.

Similar bundles are available for the Magazine Packs. The company stated the initiative aims to reduce the inconvenience of managing multiple subscriptions and caters to the 'Life ROI' trend among consumers seeking high utility for their time and cost.
