Libya weather forecast predicts rising temperatures in western regions

The National Meteorological Center predicts a gradual increase in temperatures across most of western Libya on Thursday and Friday. In areas ranging from Ras Ajdir to Sirte, including Jafara Plain and Nafusa Mountains, skies will remain clear to partly cloudy, with maximum temperatures expected to range between 35 and 41 degrees Celsius.

Other regions in Libya will experience different conditions. The Gulf and Benghazi Plain areas are expected to see temperatures between 28 and 33 degrees Celsius, while Ajdabiya may reach 37 degrees. In southern regions such as Sabha, Ghat, and Ghadames, temperatures are forecasted to reach between 38 and 41 degrees Celsius. A slight decline in temperature and increased cloud cover are expected to begin by Saturday evening, signaling a relative improvement in weather conditions.
