Limassol records highest rental prices in Cyprus
Rental prices in Cyprus remain at high levels, with Limassol recording the most expensive housing market. According to data from the Ministry of Interior covering the period up to September 1, monthly rents for a three-bedroom apartment in specific areas of the Limassol district, such as Germasogeia and Agios Tychonas, have reached €1,850.
In the Limassol province, many areas report rents for three-bedroom apartments exceeding €1,000. Other regional trends include Paphos, where Konias shows higher rates for certain housing categories, and Larnaca, where three-bedroom apartments average around €1,150. In Nicosia, the same apartment type costs approximately €1,075, while Paralimni in the Famagusta district records rents of €750.
The data highlights significant disparities in housing costs between urban centers and rural communities, as well as variations across different provinces.
