Liner and Rebellions partner on AI full-stack solutions

AI agent startup Liner and AI semiconductor company Rebellions have entered into a strategic partnership to develop and commercialize an ‘AI full-stack solution.’ This collaboration aims to integrate Liner’s AI agent and search technologies with Rebellions’ Neural Processing Unit (NPU) based infrastructure.

The partnership seeks to provide a high-efficiency alternative to expensive, foreign-made GPUs, helping to reduce operational costs and enhance data sovereignty for public and private sectors in South Korea. By optimizing software to run specifically on domestic NPU hardware, the companies aim to improve response speeds and power efficiency.

Both companies intend to target global markets, with a particular focus on the Middle East. Liner currently serves 13 million users across 220 countries, and its search engine is featured on the ‘Humain One’ platform by the Saudi Arabian AI company Humain. Rebellions has also established a local subsidiary in Riyadh to meet regional demand for AI infrastructure.
