Lisa releases debut solo EP ‘Press Play’ and cinematic ‘Tarantino’ music video

Lisa, the Thai soloist and member of BLACKPINK, has released her first EP, ‘Press Play’, through her label LLOUD in collaboration with RCA Records. The six-track project includes ‘SaWaDiKa’, ‘V12’, ‘Cobra’, ‘Tarantino’, ‘Cut U Off’, and ‘Sweat’.

Accompanying the EP is the music video for the focus track ‘Tarantino’, which features an action-movie aesthetic inspired by the works of filmmaker Quentin Tarantino, specifically referencing films like ‘Kill Bill’ and ‘Death Proof’. The video follows Lisa as an action heroine navigating a hotel to deliver a message to the director.

The release follows the success of her single ‘SaWaDiKa’, which debuted at No. 69 on the Billboard Hot 100 and garnered over 70 million YouTube views within 24 hours. This musical milestone precedes her upcoming concert residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, scheduled for November.
