Lithuania weather forecast: Variable temperatures and wind throughout the week
Lithuania is set to experience a highly variable week of weather driven by North Atlantic cyclones and shifting atmospheric fronts. The week begins with cloudy conditions and moderate rain in some areas, with temperatures ranging between 8 and 19 degrees Celsius.
Mid-week, a cold front will pass through the country, bringing brief showers and gusty winds, particularly in western regions where gusts could reach 15–18 m/s. While some periods will see improved conditions with more sunshine and temperatures rising to approximately 22 degrees Celsius due to anticyclonic influence, a significant change is expected by the end of the week.
A large and active cyclone approaching from the west is forecast to bring sudden weather shifts by Friday, resulting in intermittent rain across much of the country and stronger winds, including potentially dangerous gusts near the coast reaching up to 25 m/s.
