Lithuania to experience warmer, dry weather during Indian summer
Lithuania is expected to experience a period of warmer, drier weather, often referred to as an Indian summer, driven by the expansion of the Azores anticyclone over Central and Western Europe.
Following a period of rain, the weather is forecast to become mostly dry and sunny, particularly along the coast. Daytime temperatures are expected to range between 17°C and 22°C, with some southwestern regions potentially reaching up to 21°C. While a minor atmospheric front may bring some cloudiness and light rain on Tuesday, a Scandinavian anticyclone is expected to take control by Thursday, maintaining dry and mostly clear conditions through the following week.
Nighttime temperatures will fluctuate between 5°C and 14°C, depending on the region and proximity to the coast.
