Lithuania weather forecast: mild days with potential nighttime frosts

Lithuania is expected to experience a period of relatively warm and dry autumn weather due to the influence of anticyclones over the Baltic and Eastern Europe regions. Daytime temperatures are forecast to reach between 17 and 22 degrees Celsius, with the warmest conditions expected in Southern Žemaitija and Užnemunė.

While days will remain mild, nighttime temperatures will fluctuate. A weak atmospheric front may bring light, scattered rain to some northern and central regions on Wednesday. As the week progresses, temperatures are expected to gradually decrease.

Frost warnings have been issued for the soil surface in eastern and southeastern regions during the nights of Friday and Saturday, with temperatures potentially dropping to between 0 and 3 degrees Celsius. The weather is expected to remain mostly dry through the weekend, though a change in weather with rain and cooler temperatures is anticipated by Sunday.
