Liverpool drug raid seizes jet ski, vehicles and luxury watches

Police in Liverpool's Speke district carried out a drug‑supply raid, seizing a Sea‑Doo jet ski, a Mercedes X250 pickup, a Ford, a Peugeot Boxer, a VW, a Cube e‑bike, two Rolex watches, cash, a PS5, iPhones and other items. Two suspects – a 37‑year‑old man and a 29‑year‑old woman – were arrested on suspicion of possessing criminal property and intent to supply Class B drugs and were released on bail.

Footage released by the Merseyside Organised Crime Partnership shows the arrest of a gang kingpin linked to a 24/7 drug operation. The specialist unit, formed in 2021 under the national drug strategy, has secured the forfeiture of £1.8 million in cash, removed 33 firearms from the streets and identified £51 million in criminal proceeds for confiscation. It highlighted the conviction of 108 offenders totalling 851 years in prison, including the sentencing of Paul Lockyer and his gang for a cocaine scheme tied to a high‑profile kidnapping incident involving a former Liverpool FC player’s father.
